Divine Commiphora ornifolia incense resin, unique to Socotra
This rare myrrh is endemic to the island of Socotra, and was historically selected for its unique properties set it apart from its mainland relatives. When burned, this resin conveys a thick and fruity aroma that surpasses similar specimens. At the same time, it carries *almost silent* and cooling top notes that make this resin extremely powerful.
While traditional myrrh may fill your room with notes of camphor and chocolate blossoms, this incense will alter your space with a deep and powerful quietness that will uplift and cleanse. It is highly reminiscent of Indian and Nepalese guggul resins, and is clearly one genetic stepping stone away from Commiphora wightii. It is nonetheless a unique resin in its own right. It offers gentle tropical, spicy, and fruity along with a subtle, smoky sharpness. CAUTION: Commiphora ornifolia resin is very very sticky!
