UK Orders

We offer free shipping on all UK orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery is usually within 2–3 working days, though Royal Mail timescales may vary.

United States

We ship to the United States via Royal Mail International Tracked with Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means all import duties and taxes are paid upfront — there will be no surprise charges on delivery. Shipping is £18.00. Delivery typically takes 7–14 working days.

Rest of World

We ship to most countries worldwide (excluding the European Union) via Royal Mail International Tracked at £14.00. Delivery times vary by destination but are typically 7–21 working days. Please note that import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be payable on delivery — these are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by us at checkout.

European Union

We are not currently shipping to EU countries. We hope to offer this in the future — please check back or sign up to our mailing list for updates.

Order Tracking

All international orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Whilst we do our best to dispatch promptly, delivery timescales are provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
