OUD POWDER - Aqualaria crassna - fine shavings for incense
Vietnam produces some of the finest oud chips, oils, and oud-derived products. One of those is oud powder, sometimes mixed with binders to make up-market incense sticks. This powder is expensive, being pure oud wood, but can be used sparingly. It produces a woody, spicey, floral scent when burned as is or mixed into a blend of other powders, oils, or incense resins.
