Liquidambar orientalis - Storax Balsam
Styrax is an ancient incense, traditionally used ceremonially and during frankincense harvest. Sweet and floral, with a high and romantic scent of rose, styrax carries tones of jasmine, lilac, leather, and musk. Hailing from Asia Minor, this potent and smooth incense is made by boiling the bark of the Liquidambar plant in order to extract the resin. The bark is then turned into charcoal and soaked in the fresh, naturally concentrated resin! Try while stocks last

I burnt too much the first time and definitely didn't like it. Last night I burned only a little. The seller seems very good though and the dispatch was fairly quick. I would of liked a zip lock bag for my incense to keep it fresh but I luckily had one. Thanks. Update: Dragon's Blood is really good as an accentuater mixed with frankensense. Just a couple of small pieces with the frankensense really helps strengthen the frankensense and make it last longer. It also has a lot of esoteric uses like being burned to create a protective space or clear negative energy. I will be ordering more. HideReviewed ProductPosted on
